No One Left Behind: 300+ Voices Unite for Saadani Beach Clean-Up and GEDSI Action
In June (Ocean Month), Smart Youth Effort for Advanced Community, in collaboration with Chalinze District Authority and Tanzania National Parks (TANAPA), implemented a Beach Clean-Up, Waste Management, and GEDSI Advocacy Campaign in Kajanjo Hamlet, Saadani Village.
The campaign mobilized 300+ community members, government officials, TANAPA, Beach Management Units, Climate Smart Groups, and local leaders to take collective action against marine pollution while promoting inclusive and sustainable coastal development.
