Smart Youth is a youth-led organization in Tanzania dedicated to empowering young people and women to gain skills, access opportunities, and become leaders in their communities. We believe that when youth and women are trusted with leadership, they drive real and lasting change.
We focus on four main areas:
Our programs are open to youth (both in and out of school), young women, and community members who are committed to learning, innovating, and taking on leadership roles to create positive change. We also work with elders and people with disabilities in inclusive projects.
