Sarah Lamba
Founder and Executive Director
Sarah is a Research and Project Expert with over 5 years of experience managing donor-funded projects in Tanzania. In 2016, she founded SaveElders Tanzania to improve the livelihoods of older people through youth-led initiatives. She was awarded a bursary in 2018 to attend the CommonAge Conference in the UK and is now a member of CommonAge Association, CommonAge Africa, and the African Women Leaders Network (AWLN) under UN Women. Sarah demonstrated strong leadership by securing funding from HelpAge Tanzania to coordinate the Health- Aging Project, which focused on educating older adults on COVID-19 prevention.

Ally Nyamhoza
Finance Officer
He is an Accountant, Financial Consultant, and Business Trainer with 5 years of experience specializing in financial accounting, consulting, and tax strategy. Known for precision and delivering strategic financial insights, h5e holds a Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance from the Institute of Accountancy Arusha and business training from Business Street Organization in Nairobi, Kenya. Ally Nyamhoza won the Stanbic Entrepreneurship Challenge in 2020 and is recognized as an SDG Champion. He is committed to client satisfaction through expert financial services and is passionate about community development and engaging youth in impactful economic opportunities.

GEDSI Officer
Hussein Hussein is a passionate Disability and Inclusion Specialist at Ubongo Learning, dedicated to advancing inclusive education for children with disabilities. His work focuses on researching play-based learning methods for neurodiverse and autistic children, with an emphasis on family involvement and contextual adaptability. Hussein leads the Neurodiversity Internship Program, expanding its reach from urban to rural areas to promote inclusivity. He collaborates with partners like Busara and Special Network to ensure children with disabilities are represented in educational content. His efforts also include developing training programs for caregivers and educators to enhance awareness of disability and inclusion.

IT Officer
IT Officer with solid experience in managing and supporting IT systems, networks, and digital infrastructure to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Skilled in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining data security, and providing timely technical support to staff.
