Through advocacy, financial inclusion, mentorship, and health programs, we have equipped 500+ elders with essential livelihood skills, digital literacy, and leadership training. Our health initiatives focus on access to healthcare, mental well-being, and policy advocacy, fostering a healthier, more inclusive aging population in Tanzania.

Imarika & Binti Jiongeze

Through leadership, advocacy, and entrepreneurship skills.

Through the Center for Women in Research and Documentation (Tengeru Institute of Community Development), we have empowered 100+ girls with leadership, advocacy, and entrepreneurship skills, shaping them into future changemakers. In partnership with WaterAid Tanzania, we have also trained 40+ students at Handeni School in menstrual health management and reusable pad-making. This initiative not only breaks menstrual taboos but also creates sustainable income streams, enabling girls to produce and sell reusable pads, ensuring continued access to menstrual hygiene products for themselves and their communities
